The fine print
Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Queuepage should fly for everyone. This statement describes the accessibility targets of the Queuepage website and the waitlist pages our customers publish, what we have done to reach them, and how to tell us when we miss.
Our target
We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the marketing site, checkout, and the default waitlist templates. Concretely, that means:
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 against its background, including our cream, turquoise, pink, and navy brand palette — body copy, buttons, badges, and footers included.
- A visible focus indicator — a 2px pink outline — on every interactive element, never removed for aesthetics.
- Full keyboard operability: launch pads, accordions, lightboxes, quantity steppers, and forms all work without a mouse, in a predictable tab order.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion: the sign chase, orbiting atoms, spinning starbursts, and button bounce all switch off completely when your system asks for reduced motion. - Alt text on every meaningful image, explicit width and height to prevent layout shift, and decorative elements hidden from assistive technology.
- Semantic landmarks, headings, and labels so screen readers can navigate the briefing structure, and live regions for cart counts, promo results, and form confirmations.
How we test
Each release passes automated contrast and markup checks, plus a manual keyboard-only walkthrough of the subscribe, trial, and checkout flows. Templates are tested with a screen reader on desktop and mobile before they ship to the gallery.
Known limits
Custom CSS on customer pages can override our accessible defaults — customers are responsible for keeping their overrides compliant, and our editor warns when chosen colors fall below contrast targets. Some legacy browsers render the flip-board counters without animation; the numbers themselves remain plain readable text throughout, and no information is carried by motion alone.
Feedback
If you hit a barrier anywhere on Queuepage — a control you cannot reach, a contrast pair that fails, a reader announcement that confuses — we want the bug report: email admin@queuepageapp.com or call +1 2085556789. Accessibility reports are triaged ahead of feature requests, and we confirm receipt within one business day with a plain-language summary of the fix plan.
