Refund Policy

Every Queuepage subscription comes with a simple promise: if the launch doesn't feel right within the first stretch, you get your money back. No forms in triplicate, no exit interview.

The 30-day no-questions refund

Any charge — your first month or any renewal — is refundable within 30 days of the charge date, for any reason or no reason at all. "No questions" means exactly that: you may tell us why if you'd like (it helps us improve), but a reason is never required and never affects eligibility.

How to request it

Three doors, all unlocked:

• Reply to any receipt email with the word "refund".
• Email admin@queuepageapp.com from your account address.
• Use the mission control hotline form on our Contact page.

We confirm every request within one business day.

Timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact posting date depends on your bank or card issuer; if ten business days pass without the credit appearing, contact us and we will trace it with our payment processor.

What happens after a refund

Your subscription is cancelled at the end of the period you already paid for unless you ask us to end it immediately. Your signup list remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation, because your list is your payload — refund or no refund.

Paid orders

Orders are charged at checkout for the selected month. Contact us about refunds using the address on our contact page.

What isn't covered

Charges older than 30 days are generally not refundable, though we make exceptions for genuine billing errors at any time — double charges, a renewal after a confirmed cancellation, or a charge on the wrong card. Those are our mistakes and we fix them regardless of the calendar.

Chargebacks

Please come to us first. A refund requested through the channels above is faster than a chargeback, and chargebacks filed for amounts we would happily have refunded slow everything down for both of us.
